Before the Basketball World cup, the boys are playing the Fiba Asia Cup which is slated on July 11 to 19, 2014. We are up against Chinese Taipei, Jordan, Singapore, and Uzbekistan.
Not really a prestigious continental tourney if you ask me, the champs of this tourney is given an automatic slot in the Asian Championships held on 2015.

If we can just look at a loophole here, if FIFA allows a quarter of ancestry to a foreign to be eligible to his desired NT, maybe we can remove that 5 yr residency is get that 1/4 Fil-For is he subjected to naturalization.

Nice find this guy. He's big too! Definitely an upgrade over still developing Aguinaldo for now. Nice that he was in Malaga's roster also. Yup, looks like he's looking for a new team too. probably, His contract like Neil, Steuble, and Paul M. might just ended after the season has commenced.

Say bye bye for us in the Elite Asian circle as Korea booted us out yesterday with a scoreline of 52 -22. We go down to 2nd tier of Asian Rugby, which is Div 1 while the champs of that division would play a relegation play off against the wooden spoon team from the top 3 in order to qualify to the Elite level. That match was the last one played by Michael Letts ever in his international and in professional career. He's one of the best players who can kick accurate punts that can give more meters for the team in the pitch. In other news, Japan qualifies for RWC 2015 in England and Hong Kong plays in repechage playoffs against Uruguay.

Are there interested clubs let's say in Asia including A League sides or in lower leagues in Europe?

I noticed during the Turkmenistan v. Laos game, after scoring that opening goal in the game, the Laotians seems to the willingness to further push the lead. The simply reverted to kick the ball back to other side of the pitch and run back to defense.

And the boys just beat an ill-disciplined Sri Lanka side with a win on the closing moments of the match. Jake Letts scores a try while Alex Aronson was given a re-conversion due to Tuskers running towards the ball before he kicked it on the 1st time. The game ended at 26 - 25 for the Volcanoes leaving the home crowd disappointed.
A decisive match against Korea on the 24th of May in Southern Plains, Canlubang is must see. If we notch another win at expense of the Korean side, we'll retain our elite status in Asia since ARFU have changed the format.

was considered, yet not picked. how come he stayed in AD Alcobendas and never went to Arsenal, I'm not saying that he's not good or anything, he something to prove for first here in Asia for him to transfer to a J league side. Maybe a good game against the big boys of AFC, i dont know, it will come, but now better stay in Buriram while he has a career there.
On Buriram United, I know they're greedy or whatever but its their business, they pay Javier. Call it greedy but its their money and they're within bounds of the rules AFC this time. Time to move boy, the final cast has been made, stop trying to be bitter against Javier's situation.

if J league, K-league or even CSL sides are interested in him, he should have been there earlier instead of the Thai Premier League.

leaving Buriram is not the best decision for Patigol, why would you leave if you're paid well and gets the top-notch exposure in AFC, not to mention that they're the best club in the ASEAN region (excluding A-League sides of course).
There are many chances for him to play for the flag, AFC CC isn't one of them; let's just move forward and wait for his return.

we'll have two decisive games if the lads want to be part of the elite Asian sides in ARFU. One is against Sri Lanka, the Tusker as they're known in their country have a home advantage this coming weekend, and the other is Korea on the 24th.
