Patrick Reichelt, a forward from Bundesliga 2 Energie Cottbus reserve side in Germany scored 4 goals in 3 games in the recently concluded Nagold tournament in Germany which also served as tryouts for European based players who are vying for slots on the Azkals and U-23 team.
He was one of the players I mentioned who would make a good alternate for Ian. Acc. to newspaper articles, he seems to have been invited to the Azkal June camp in Germany.

Do u think Patrick will be good on the International games or will he be like Ian who is only good at League games and doesn't pass?

Do u think Patrick will be good on the International games or will he be like Ian who is only good at League games and doesn't pass? We won't know until he starts playing games for us. I certainly am not going to wait for 11 games until he scores like we did with Ian. We also need to see whether he can hold the ball, provide assists, help release pressure on his teammates by keeping himself open, or even play defence, all of which have been found wanting in our other strikers other than Phil.

By the way, isang rason na hindi makaka team A si Phil sa UK dahil nga walang effort pag ma agawan .... I hope will be open minded for the Azkals to move on sa football, hindi puedeng naka itch in the stone na ang players .... Ian for international standards is very replaceable .... magaling ang coach ng bacolod si norman. next big thing sa football is bacolod and dumaguete. magaling na striker ng bacolod ngayon si bedic pero galing sya sa barotac nuevo nagaaral lng sa west neg. uu disappoint tlga si johson dun kasi mas clear si jonhson compare kay ian pero sa tingin ko nag shoot ulit si ian at hindi pinasa kay jonson ang 2nd attempt kasi nakita na din ni ian na distract na ang goalkeeper nakahiga na kung ipasa pa nya ulit kay jonson bka may possibility pa na ma tackle 2 to 3 secs sa football is a big difference na. bkit mo pa ipasa kung alam mo na sure goal na yun dba? sa tingin ko hindi pagkabuwaya yun. nakita nyo lng last time ang mali ni ian na hndi nagpasa pero nakita nyo ba yung ibang pasa nya? mas clear yun kaso hindi lng pumasok kaya hindi natin napnsin yung ibang pasa nya yup i agree with phil na parang mabigat ang paa ni phil pero once open magaling sya sumipa sometimes may sipa sya na banana kick na rolling at angle pa yun ang mahirap para sa goalkeeper e save. hndi pang world class euro player si phil pero magaling sya at south asian level. i remember before wla pa to ang pinoyfootball pinoysoccer pa ata yun at si ALAIN ang admin at si jack biantan. nung kinuha sya for loan ng L.A galaxy pero mababa ang offer *,*** dollars lng ata ang offer tinanggihan nya daw. its an insult for a international footballer pero pag ako cguro papatulan ko yun L.A galaxy is a big football club sa u.s at isang sikat na club kasi dun si beckham its an opportunity sa kanya para makilala at makapaglaro kasama si beckham at bka makita na magaling sya at e offer din sya ng malaking salary or offer sa other big clubs. tinanggihan nya or sya ang tinanggihan ng L.a galaxy. that time parati na sya bench sa academy. ray johnson, cris greatwich, james younghusband ang magaling para sa akin sa NT.ray and cris for there depensa and tackle. james magaling pumasa midfielder talaga hindi na hindi ko gusto na mawala si ian as main striker sa NT kasi madami na nga magaling na papasok sa NT na taga EURO mas better than PHil and ian. basta ang ikakagaling ng NT at manalo lng cla ok na yun. si ian parang azkal yan habang ginagalit lalong tumatapang yan ang pinoy

ababjust watch the PFF U23 qualifiers this April 15 to 19 and lets see if what you're blabbing about is still correct. if Cebu wins, then it would mean that the project is a resounding success. Some of players in the Cebu U-23 are the pioneers of the grassroots projects(M. Lhuiller Under-7s) started on the late 90s. BTW: Paul Weiler is just like you, a poseur who claims what he doesn't understand. P. Weiler is a con-man but the CFA is not falling thru his antics. Only the PFF acknowledge him, but gladly the current administration of the PFF already kicked his bu*t. ok go lets see. hahaha al least paul weiler help PFF. PFF recognize him. kahit you discriminate paul weiler i admired him nagtutulong pa rin and he nevermind mga tao na katulad mo. e ikaw? saan ka dyan? dapat tumutulong ka din sa cebu para umangat na din ang cebu team. magaling ka lng mag critic at mag salita anu masasabi mo VIMJONK sa tulong ni paul weiler sa naganap na Nagold Cup Tournament sa Germany?

Problem with Paul Weiler is he thinks he has a foot inside the PFF because of the former PFF president. When he got appointed he immidiately starting bad mouthing everyone in the PFF, including the president. Kudos to the former president for shutting up, but i bet he regret appointing Paul Weiler. And now Paul Weiler claims that his "contract" has no ending, that he still is the "official european consultant". Everyone in the PFF denies that. When he got that "deal" in 2008 was it, or 2007, he made a PFF website and said it was the official website. He used the PFF logo, and you know what happened? Araneta sent him an official letter stating that the couldnt use the PFF logo on his website, well, Paul Weiler ignored this until i posted a copy of that letter on his website. He deleted that and banned me from his site. Until now he still sends emails to players using the PFF logo. This guy is a fraud and can not be trusted. I know for a fact that potential players are skeptic to this guy, and he still contacts them and pretend to be someone working for the PFF, while the truth is that the PFF dont want this guy.
As for the Nagold tournament. Weiss was sent there by Dan Palami to scout for players. It wasnt until recently that Weiss was included in that team. Paul Weiler started that "Philippine U20" team with his friend Daniel Peters, whom Paul wanted to be the coach of the Azkals when the position was up for grabs. I dont know what happened to Daniel Peters, but i dont think he was with the team in Nagold. The PFF cant stop Paul Weiler either because Paul is free to start his own team. And now people all over thinks that the Philippines suddenly have a U20 team which is wrong.
Short answer is, the PFF dont recognize Paul Weiler. He always dreamt of having his own Philippine team based in Europe. He called it Philippine ATE before, and now name has changed, just like his "projects/organizations".
And also, when it comes to his forum, well, lets just say that 90% of the members there are all created by him. You see someone with the handle Josue or whatever in different Philippine football/sports forums, thats Paul. Ive busted him many times, and i have evidence. So go on, trust this guy.

IIRC, Daniel Peters owned a business related to renewable energy and Paul Weiler embezzled the company's money and misrepresented it to commit some fraud. Until now, he is still a "grade A" con-man misrepresenting the PFF in Europe. Josue, Raul and Paul is just one and the same.
According to some of my acquaintances, he is soliciting funds in Europe supposed to develop grassroots football in Cebu. Some of them do arrive as donation to a school somewhere south of Cebu but 90% of it goes to his pocket.
