One of my all time fave the "Hulk" just went in the game but the tricolores are hanging in tough! First time I'm rooting for Mexico! Go la Raza!!

Peralta 75' Mexico had an early advantage in the 1st minute followed by another one on the 75th minute. BRA made a goal in the last minutes of the game. MEX U-23 walked away with the gold medal and Brazil with silver. Congrats to mrpmosh's team

Oscar had a chance to equalized but he blew it away. Mexico could have scored at least 4 goals with that 2 attempts from Fabian

Congrats to Mexico, mrpmosh! I was away because of family stuff, and I know I was belittling Mexico earlier, but if there was one team to beat Brazil, it was your team. Brazil has won 0 times vs. Mexico, Brazil's defense is absolutely terrible (Rafael......), and Neymar wasn't at Messi's level in Beijing IMO (heh, Messi tore apart every team 4 years ago at least I thought). Also, Dos Santos wasn't playing so it's always a plus . I really hope Fabian graduates from the youth level and goes to Europe and the senior team; he showed the world vs. Barcelona and (at least) in the last two games what he's capable of. Also, Peralta's golazos. Hopefully, he will have grown out of his inconsistency by then.
