lols ofw drama is no drama. talagang nangyayari yan. wag mo bastusin ang kapwa mong pinoy na nagpapakita lang ng concern sa mga kapwa nating pinoy. All I'm saying is don't include OFW's in the equation in this thread. And no, I'm not insulting XYZ1000's post. What I'm trying to say that I find it uncalled and unreasonable for speculating that if ever we beat Kuwait, they will vent their frustrations on our OFW's. That's what I meant in "OFW Drama Speculation". Huh? I think you've misunderstood me since your foaming on your mouth in anger. relax and take a deep breath. What I said is the video is already shared in this thread. I'm not looking for it. But what I do hope for is for more Kuwait videos to be shared by our fellow Azkalero posters here i.e. Raul et al. Who knows, someone from Kuwait may actually share a video. May masama ma doon? The sad news about OFW's plight are evident (Minsan nga kapwa Pilipino OFW pa ang nagpapahamakan) and I does not involve football to hear one. Just by verifying my I.P. you can see I'm in Singapore so.. Oo isang rin akong OFW. So please with all due respect, ENOUGH WITH YOUR PERSONAL ATTACKS, OK? As for "puro futbol lang nasa isip ko", that's fine. this is a football forum isn't it and the purpose of this thread is to spread the hype so... GO AZKALS!!!!! [Back to topic.] Again, let's not brew malicious speculations here. Let's just be productive with our discussion. and as much as possible refrain from personally attacks.

Question. Can we still revise the team roster for the WCQ 2nd round? Can we still call for the service of Chris Greatwich? We need all the firepower of we can muster to survive the away game in Kuwait.

They'll be looking like Real Madrid on this formation when they played Barcelona. It was working until the referee gave Real Madrid red cards every game. and then the chosen one went nuts. the red card on pepe changed that game. it was that game right?

wag ka na. if naisip mo lang kalagayan ng mga kawawa nating ofw you could have chosen to not include it. but instead you have to use ofw drama as your choice of words then capitalizing it and enclose it on double quotes just shows how insensitive you are to the plight of our kababayans.

If Schrock and Borromeo would not be available in the first leg against against Kuwait, manager Weiss should recall US NCAA I Towson University centreback Phil Greatwich, expedite the naturalization papers of Oliver Potschke or even reinstate Jason De Jong. . . I think and hope that two of any of these players will compensate the loss of Stepahan and Aly. . .

Lets just hope that when we play Kuwait, cooler heads will prevail. No need for non-sense fighting just like the match between Lebanon and Kuwait. Just play the game right. I hope Schrock (if he is not suspended) can conrtol his emotions. I know these Middle Eastern countries play physical and dirty football and we should be ready for that. It will be part of their gameplan, for sure. We should keep our composure.

I'm sure our OFW's in Kuwait are happy for the Azkals winning and will definitely support them there in Kuwait.... without them fearing for any reprecussions from their Kuwaiti employers. I'm sure your malicious hatemongering won't affect them. Teka, OFW ka rin ba? Ako oo. I remit money to help our country. I endure hardship, homesickness, and culture indifferences. Alam ko ang hirap ng OFW kasi isa rin akong OFW. Eh ikaw? ano ba nagawa mong mabuti at kapaki-pakinabang sa Pinas ha? This is my last reply to you since I hate bitching with people in forums since it'll just waste server bandwidth and will just deteriorate the quality of this thread. I recommend you just start your own thread about the plight of OFWs. Or since you fancy attacking me personally, you can start own thread title "The Insenstive and Evil Slayermoonlight Hate thread". Either which, I don't frakking care nor give a damn sh!t. your way off-topic here. Don't hijack this thread with all those bleeding-heart effect you have.

It would be great news if all our players are available for these two games.
Kuwait is a fast team and that's how they play their football. If their style is just like Saudi Arabia, which I'm more familiar with, then they like to keep the ball in the ground and use their speed to go around defenders and also attack them head-on. This means the defenders will have to match their speed. This is why I would rather see Schrock at RB rather than midfield. Borromeo may not be fast but he is relatively tall, an advantage that must be exploited at all positions. As for the others -- Gier, Jonsson, Del Rosario (and Cagara included), the back line will have to be absolutely disciplined to beat the fast forwards. I believe this will be the field battle that will determine the match.
I'll say it again -- get Mulders in the middle as the field general. I saw hints of this role in the last game with Sri Lanka and I like what I saw. Partner with Lucena for dribbling skills, or Ott to have that height advantage again.
The reason I think height will be important is that one way we can beat Kuwait is through set plays and corner kicks. We have tall players in PY, JY, and Aldeguer and we should use that to the fullest. Execute creative set plays to score. This I think is key to our offense. We're not going to have the same number of quality chances in the run of play like we did today. There were some that were not put away. But we might have the same number (or more) of set plays and free kicks, especially if Kuwait starts to play rougher.
