We should have 3 seperate leagues equal to each other. Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao League. 4 team playoff by the end of each season with each respective #1 and best 2nd place or wild card. Minimize logistical nightmare. For me, the best thing would be just cut out Luzon completely. Have the league as VisMin only. As of now, the league is not yet financially stable. It makes sense logistics-wise. If it's successful then we can have luzon clubs in the future.

It makes sense logistics-wise. If it's successful then we can have luzon clubs in the future. Potential sponsors will not be agreeable with that. If the object is to make the league financially viable you are going to need the marketing base, and advertising revenue(and not just the viewing fanbase of the participating clubs) of the NCR to achieve that. Otherwise you are setting up the league to fail. Even Ceres Negros would not be able to justify keeping their current roster in such a limited league as you have suggested.
