Their places in the list of 35 players that will have to be submitted tomorrow to the AFF will be taken over by Agung Supriyanto (from the Indonesia Under-22 squad), Arthur Irawan (Espanyol B) alongside two naturalized players in Tony Cussel and Raphael Gullermo Maitino. “The players from CS Vise have problems joining the team, so we have decided to call up these four players instead. And they have indicated to us exactly when they will join the team which is a positive way forward,†added Bob. The position of midfielder Stefano Lilipaly has also been taken over by Persib Bandung keeper Made Wirawan. Sudan NT replaced Philippines NT in Bali Devata Cup Tatotop, The reason the Philippines couldn't commit is that most of the players are part of clubs that are participating in the final stages of the UFL Cup in the next few weeks. That is why the Azkals only had one game scheduled prior to the start of the Suzuki Cup. Besides they had already had plenty of preparation games in the previous months to decide which players they were going to pick, more than any other team in the tournament.

Bambang answers Indonesia call Bambang Pamungkas looks set to play for Indonesia at this month's AFF Suzuki Cup after finally turning up for training at the Gelora Bung Karno on Tuesday. By ESPNSTAR.com staff Bambang was one of 35 players named in coach Nil Maizar's preliminary list for the region's most-prestigious international tournament, but initially refrained from joining up with the squad as he is one of six men contracted to a club playing in the Indonesian Super League, the rival competition set up to challenge the 'official' Indonesian Premier League. The Indonesian Football Saviour Committee (KPSI), who are behind the ISL, have told all their clubs not to release their players to join up with Nil's squad, but Bambang has now gone against Persija Jakarta's orders. The 32-year-old, who was joined by Mitra Kukar defender Hamka Hamzah in acknowledging Nil's call-up, has since called for an end to the 'dualism' that is plaguing the progress of football in the country. "I came from my home to join the Indonesian national team training camp," he told the Jakarta Globe. "As a professional, I hope that the Indonesian football dualism ends here. "No more two 'national teams' and two [football] federations. I want to support the national team that is recognised by the AFF." Bambang did however defend the players plying their trade in the ISL that have decided against representing Indonesia at the Suzuki Cup due to the ongoing complications. "Personally, I appreciate all players who decide to join the national team but on the other hand, I wouldn't blame those who choose to stay [with their clubs]. "It's not about their nationalism [but] about how they perceive these conflicts. Nobody but yourself knows how much you love your country." I Made Wirawan, Firman Utina, Ahmad Bustomi and Patrich Wanggai are the four ISL players that have yet to join up with the Indonesia squad. www.espnstar.com/football/af...il/item882907/Bambang-answers-Indonesia-call/

www.sports247.my/3354/viewOnly 16 players attend Indonesia training camp IN the midst of the resignation of Todung Mulya Lubis as the head of the joint committee of the FA of Indonesia (PSSI) and the Indonesian Football Rescue Committee (KPSI) this week, the Indonesian national team’s preparation for the AFF Suzuki Cup has been hampered with the unavailability of players. The team under chief coach Nil Maizar has only 16 players out of the 35 registered with the Asean Football Federation (AFF) attending training at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. Even though veteran striker Bambang Pamungkas – playing in the opposing Indonesia Super League – has turned up for training a few days ago, goalkeeper Syamsidar has decided to leave camp for his official signing with Mitra Kukar. Semen Padang – the Indonesia Premier League champions who have switched to ISL for the new seaon – have eight players listed but only Elie Aiboy has consistently attended training. Other than them, the national team are also waiting for the arrival of the four naturalised players – Jhonny van Beukering, Tonnie Cussell, Raphael Maitimo and Arthur Irawan. Among other notable absentees are Ahmad Bustomi, Patrich Wanggai and former national captain Firman Utina. The 16 players who are still in training are: Wahyu Tri Nugroho, Endra Prasetya, Diego Michiels, Fachruddin, Valentino Telaubun, Nopendi, Elie Aiboy, Taufiq, Oktovianus Maniani, Rasyid Bakri, Cornelius Gedy, Irfan Bachdim, Samsul Arif, M. BTW Sudan's games against Indonesia and Malaysia has been cancelled so that leaves only Timor Leste as the only scheduled game for Indonesia at this time.
