Coach Weiss did the right thing. The athletes chemistry is very important in boosting the chance of our country to win future games. You cannot placed a new player directly on the team without the others knowing his capabilities or without having the new player an idea of his comrades play. Without considering this the entire team would end up in chaos in the field and we don't want this to happen again. That is why Weiss really wants his team to be completed several days before the match because he is aware of this. May I also emphasize that it's really unfair if you're going to downgrade anyone just because that player plays only lower tier may I remind you that even though Angel Guerado plays for lower tier in his country he had been excellent in playing for our country. That ranking system is never a genuine indicator of the full capability of a player so, I might ask you guys to stop comparing because its really nonsense.

It was always a question of when for Paul. As soon as he can get a passport being in the top tier of his country's league, he is automatically in, even without a tryout. Now it is just a question of chemistry which can be achieved in the next few weeks in Germany.

8 years with the Ajax youth system starting at the age of 8, now that's having a solid foundation of skill and technical ability. Looking forward to see him play for the Azkals.

Well, "Eerste Divisie" means First Division in Dutch, and in fact it's 2nd-tier league in Holland, with the top-tier league being Eredivisie. So it's actually that he had played in 2nd tier league for all his career until he signed ADO Den Haag about a month ago. Whatever, yes he's experienced and we need his experience.
