The best thing weis can do is to start all the players that will play in the next sea games (2013). all the under 21 players will start and play. start pascual and play camcam in the second half.

what if the u23 squad started training maybe 3 or 4 months before the SEA GAMES would have made alot of difference... Kahit yung Locally based player muna nag train...

I heard that they are still some players or player who haven't gotten a chance to play. I guess this is the time that we give them all a chance. We all know that they deserve it!

Yes parang training/ experiment ground na lang to pero atleast may makukuha naman sila ditong exp. Kung nag train siguro sila mga 4-5 months before the tournament mas ok sana, from time to time siguro ma-iimprove talaga yan w/ the support. If try natin tingnan ang senior NT natin 2010 to present nag-improve naman w/ the aid of new player take for example nung friendly match sa Philippines VS Singapore mas aggressive tayo unlike before, yun nga lang nakulangan lang sa defense. Ma-iimprove din yan pagdating ng following years, tapos medyo sanay na sila sa isat-isa.

Well, looking at this campaign so far the image that comes to my mind is of a kid in a high school science lab doing an experiment and causes an explosion due to his tinkering. Can't do nothing about that now. I just hope the lessons that needed to be learned were learned and steps are going to be made to do things better next time around because we have a good group of young players here. They showed promise, skill and talent. The coaching staff and management have something to work with here and I hope adequate resources will be placed on improving this squad in recognition of the hard work and fighting spirit they have shown in the last four matches.
Many of them will be around for the 2013 edition of this tournament, I hope management will productively use the time in between to get these players plenty of opportunities to train, play together and gain needed experience and exposure against top level competition. They said that this squad was geared more for 2013, so I hope that preparations for 2013 begin the day after the match against Brunei.
Of course, when I say preparations it doesn't only include getting the players to train and play tune up matches. That also includes important administrative work like raising funds, finding sponsors, scheduling and organizing training camps abroad, arranging friendly matches, joining competitions, etc. I want PFF and the team management to think about this as early as now. Why? Because our rivals will be doing the same and since we're the ones playing catch up, we can't afford to take it easy. Look at Timor Leste, they obviously have been hard at work putting that team together.
In the meantime, got the Brunei match to look forward to tomorrow.

They should have named thee final line-up earlier than a week before the Sea games... I think with about 2 or 3 weeks before the sea games Coach Weiss was still deciding who are the players he will put in the sea games squad or I could be wrong..

Is it true that there will be no SEA Games football tomorrow because Indonesia is going to play its home game in world cup qualifier round 3?

I thought the line-up experiment is over when they face myanmar.....I thought our coaching staff already scouted myanmar it seems that we are the one that were scouted.......
hope that what happen against myanmar will paved the way for enforcing the training of the locals, from next year until 2013, investing in developing players not the other way around by looking elsewhere............Of all the grants given to PFF for development program hope that can be use.
goodluck to the game against brunie........hope that the line-up is fix for this game.....

I'm preparing myself for the coach's lineup today...
Valmayor at centerback and Basa at striker. And maybe Hinrichsen at assistant coach.
Don't flame me: He has played a Forward/Striker at left back already. Played a midfielder at centerback, started a midfielder at left back, benched a kid who scored a brace in the previous game, etc etc...
Training? We've had training. Its the system thats broken not the players that for sure...
