I'll go for Argentina and believe Messi will play as a decoy this time and give his team mates chances to score. Perez and Higuain will score both with a great pass from Messi. 2-1 for Argentina. I think the Germans already know that.... Coach Low is not the coach of Germany for nothing and you think he didn't see that? Come on! He is one of the best tactical coach in the world.

As of this writing, Holland is up by two against Brazil in their battle for third place. . . well, this is the beauty of football, its unpredictability. . . Before the tournament I had high hopes for Brazil to nail this Cup but I'm mistaken. . .

Congratulations to Germany for winning the World Cup. Argentina played well and had the better chances in the first half but Germany won in extra time 1-0. Germany had a wonderful World Cup with the most goals in the tournament and deserves this championship.

Messi did a great job, but 1 good player can't win against such a team. greetings from germany. 500.000 people in Berlin is just amazing. and the germans created a new english definition, the americans are even using now: PUBLIC VIEWING great championship, and first european team winning on american soil, Klose with the most goals, winning 7:1 against Brasil in semi finals, Neuer is reinventing the goalkeeper as Libero (english: sweeper) and i have no voice anymore

With so many good young players, it looks like Germany's reign is just beginning. It makes me happy that it is the German federation(DFB) directly helping the Philippines improve as a football nation, since they are the world champion, sending DFB development expert Thomas Roy, to help organize our grassroots, and youth programs.

From the beginning of 2014 World Cup, i am rooting for Germany. From their pre-world cup friendlies, group stages, knock out stages.. the demolition of host team and one of the best team in the world Brazil - and the Finals.. Wow, hahaha.. Congrats to Die Mansschaft!!

And their U19 just recently won the European Championship. German football's future sure looks solid.
