;Di think we should go 4-3-3 this time, as like what angel guirado has been talking about during one of his first interviews, we should be offensive minded vs. the bangla-boys, a draw will not qualify the azkals for the next round , so we've got nothing to loose & we should go for broke with an all-offense strrategy ;D

It could, of course. And that would mean one less tournament next year and hopefully lessons learned. They have a lot to sort out, win or lose. WC Qualys coming and all.

Angel Guirado should be fielded in as a striker now. Seriously, we can't maximize his prowess in midfield because Ian Araneta is not worthy of those Lobs, through balls etc. etc. because he often losses the ball easily. With a 4-4-2 Formation knowing that Lucena and Greatwitch are natural midfielders, the 2 can provide for Angel upfront IMO it will be a more Potent attacking force than putting Araneta upfront again.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I found good improvements in our passing game (Myanmar vs PH 2nd Half). More fluid, precise and less long balls.

My Take 4-3-3 more offensive minded form.. Little bit hesitant on Sabio at Center Back though...

4-4-2 Diamond Midfield for me will be the best formation for tomorrow. With limited options at the back, Coach has no choice but to put Sabio or Del Rosario in Center Back.. The Diamond Midfield will be a good defensive formation and at the same time will not compromise our attack.. Lucena being a utility man in his mother club (playing 4-5 positions) will be a commanding presence in midfield, S. Greatwich always is good and graceful with his short passing.

I expect Bangladesh to park the bus in front of their goal. All they really need is a draw to qualify, even if Myanmar wins over Palestine (which I doubt) and both ends up with 4pts, they still have advantage on the tie breaker because they beat Myanmar... Azkals need to put more crosses in the air over the "park bus" create chaos and put their defense on the backheel.. If we keep passing the ball on the ground it will most likely get pick because their defense will congest the passing lane in the attacking third of the pitch... crosses in the air at Bangladesh danger zone I think is key and would give the Azkals a better chance on scoring also our attacking midfielders should take chances on long range shots, let their GK make a mistake but make sure the forward is ready to pounce on a rebound shot ala Raul of Rmadrid. just in case their GK fumbles the ball..

a draw for the Bangla boys is not an assurance for them to go through. what if Myanmar beat Palestine with more than 2 goals. that means Bangla is in trouble. they are also aiming for a win to make sure their place in the next round. this is gonna be an interesting match. everything is possible.

I think now I understand the importance of "super-subs". Imagine that your opponents are tired but there's a fresh player who really poses a threat.
About "Tuazon being considered"... He's really good, maybe even good enough to start. But the Azkals really shouldn't neglect having super-subs on the bench especially on a do-or-die match. That's just what I think...
